Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of February 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DH Waldrom
& Co Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Rex Eden, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of February 2003.
