Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 17th day of February 2003 at 10.55 a.m., Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of February 2003 at 10.55 a.m.
The liquidators do not consider that a creditors' meeting should be held, having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company and the likely result of the liquidation.
No meeting will be called unless a creditor gives notice
in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
