Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that The Rock Club (Oamaru) Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 10th day of December 2002, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of December 2002 at 10.40 a.m.
