Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 20th day of November 2002, by an order of the
High Court, Wanganui, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, that In City Tyres New Plymouth Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed jointly and severally for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of November 2002 at 10.34 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 28th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
