Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that New Zealand Media Group Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 24th day of October 2002, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of December 2002 at 2.40 p.m.
