Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company on the 13th day of December 2002 at 9.00 a.m., appointed Gavin Jon Haddon, of Cooper Aitken & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Morrinsville, as liquidator of the above-named company.
A resolution of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 16th day of January 2003, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
