Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 10th day of February 2003 at 7.30 a.m., the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint John G. Cornes, chartered accountant, and Dennis John Gray, business consultant, both of Rotorua, as liquidators.
