Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named companies on the 10th day of February 2003, appointed James Bruce McAlister and Grant Stephen Jarrold jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies.
The liquidation of Winloch Farm Limited commenced on the 10th day of February 2003 at 9.10 a.m. and the liquidation of Loch Lea Limited commenced on the 10th day of February 2003 at 9.00 a.m.
The directors of both companies have resolved that the companies were solvent prior to the appointment of
the liquidators and, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 14th day of March 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
