Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of February 2003 at 4.30 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company
be liquidated and that Kate A. Dudley, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of February 2003.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 24th day of March
2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
