Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 3rd day of February 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Radnorlea Farm Limited be liquidated and that Peter Charleton, chartered accountant of Stratford, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of February 2003.
