Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Rogers Mechanical Engineering Limited, Rogers Engineering Division Limited, Rogers Engineering Maintenance Limited, Rogers Employment Limited and Rogers Resources Limited (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of December 2002 at 3.30 p.m., Rogers Mechanical Engineering Limited was placed into liquidation and on the 9th day of December 2002 at 10.15 a.m., Rogers Engineering Division Limited, Rogers Engineering Maintenance Limited, Rogers Employment Limited and Rogers Resources Limited were placed into liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to a special resolution entered into each company's minute book.
The liquidations commenced on the 4th and 9th days of December 2002 respectively.
