Notice of Voluntary Liquidation
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Edmund Upton, of
Tay Wilson & Co., Chartered Accountants, was appointed liquidator of Upton Investments Limited.
The voluntary liquidation commenced on the 12th day of September 2002 at 5.00 p.m.
Also, pursuant to section 245 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors will not be held, however, inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company, during normal business hours to Robert Edmund Upton at Level Four, 203 Willis Street, Wellington, or telephone (04) 385 0072 (extension 4) after 1.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
4th day of October 2002, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
