Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of August 2002,
it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kaipere Holdings Limited be voluntarily wound up and that
Peter Noel Davidson, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of August 2002.
