On the 26th day of June 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Jaka Finance Limited (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Sharon Wedlock, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
