On the 29th day of May 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Ashwick Flat Limited (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Sharon Wedlock, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
