Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Voluntary Liquidation
Pursuant to Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that, by a special resolution of shareholders on the 28th day of February 2002 at 11.00 a.m. and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
the company has been placed into voluntary liquidation.
Matthew James Doyle, chartered accountant of Wanganui, has been appointed the liquidator forthwith.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors have signed and filed with the Registrar of Companies, a declaration of solvency dated the 27th day
of February 2002 and, pursuant to section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, have completed a directors' certificate that the company is able to pay its debts and their reasons for that opinion.
