Public Notice of Voluntary Liquidation of Solvent Company and Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 17th day of December 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PCP Holdings Limited (formerly Point Chevalier Pharmacy Limited) be liquidated and that Michael David Gale, of Gale
& Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 2001 at 8.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 1st day of February 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
