Her Excellency the Governor-General has advised that Her Majesty The Queen has approved the retention of the title "The Honourable" by
Anthony Arthur Travers ELLIS
on his retirement as permanent Judge of the High Court of New Zealand on 8 October 2002; and
David Stewart MORRIS
on his retirement as permanent Judge of the High Court of New Zealand on 8 December 2002.
