Notice of Dissolution of Special Partnership
We, the undersigned, do hereby certify that we did, on the 30th day of September 2002, dissolve the partnership which was created on the 30th day of June 2001 under the style of Ilton & Oxford Investments Limited & Company which firm consisted of:
James Anthony Frank Wadham of No. 2509-10 Wing Shan Tower, 84 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan in the Hong Kong S.A.R., China, as a Special Partner;
Ilton & Oxford Holdings Limited (in its capacity as trustee of The Ilton & Oxford Family Trust) at Level Five, West Plaza, corner of Albert and Fanshawe Streets,
in the City of Auckland, New Zealand, as a Special Partner;
Ilton & Oxford Investments Limited at Level One, Central Bank of Samoa Building, Beach Road in the
City of Apia, Samoa, as a General Partner; and
Montrose Corporation Limited at Level One, Central Bank of Samoa Building, Beach Road in the City of Apia, Samoa, as a Special Partner.
