Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Labuan, Malaysia
The company hereby gives notice that after the 28th day of November 2002, it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Labuan, Malaysia.
