Restoration of Company to the Register of Companies
The following company was returned to the Register on the 21st day of October 2002:
E M Central Limited 662866.
It was incorrectly removed, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on conclusion of its liquidation when an objection under section 321 (1) (f) was and remains current.
The removal was null and void (refer Re Crott's Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be corrected.
