Yorkshire New Zealand Limited gives notice that it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the company
to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of this notice, the company will apply to be removed from the Register.
