Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended on or after the 26th day
of February 2002, to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Labuan, Malaysia.
Any objection to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies
at Auckland by the 26th day of February 2002.
