Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
Arcadia Properties Limited and Duo Developments Limited hereby give notice that in not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, they propose amalgamating and continuing as Arcadia Properties Limited.
Any member or creditor of any of the above-named companies or any person to whom any of the
above?named companies is obligated, shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of
charge upon request to any of the above-named companies, or may inspect copies of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the companies as follows:
Duo Developments Limited, 94 Crawford Street, Dunedin.
Arcadia Properties Limited, 248 Middleton Road, Dunedin.
