Restoration of Companies to the Register of Companies
The names of the following companies were returned to the Register on the 5th day of July 2002:
New Zealand Native Timber Recyclers Limited 845804; and
Ocean & Merchant (1997) Limited 865756
were removed under section 318 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Project Construction Limited 087496; and
Angus Construction (Wellington) Limited 230403
were removed under section 336 (3) of the Companies Act 1955 (pre-1 July 1994).
The Registrar believed that no liquidators were acting in their liquidations.
However, this was incorrect.
The last-named is also in receivership.
The liquidator of:
Project Construction Limited
has since been released.
At the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, its name will be struck off the Register and it will be dissolved unless cause is shown to the contrary by notice posted to The Registrar of Companies at Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, or by facsimile to (09) 916 4559.
J M Webster Limited 310109
was removed under section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 when an objection under section 321 (1) (b) was and remains current.
The removals were null and void (refer Re Crott's Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be corrected.
