Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 220 of the Companies Act 1993
Elders Norstock Limited and Elders Livestock Limited hereby give public notice that they propose to amalgamate.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to:
(a) inspect a copy of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours (Level One, 3 Melrose Street, Newmarket, Auckland); and
(b) be supplied, free of charge, with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
