Take notice that the Registrar of Companies proposes to restore Prada America's Cup NZ Limited (in liquidation) (895678) to the Register of Companies, under section 328 (1) (a) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it was party to legal proceedings at the time it was removed from the Register.
Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection in writing to the Companies Office, Auckland, by the 8th day of July 2002, being 20 working days from the date of this notice.
