Notice of Proposal to Amalgamate
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of each of the above-named companies have, by special resolution, voted to amalgamate the above-named companies in accordance with and pursuant to an amalgamation proposal presented to the said shareholders.
The amalgamated company is to be North Star Pork Limited.
Upon amalgamation, the company proposes to change its name to Five Star Pork (NZ) Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom any of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies being First Floor, Real Estate House, corner of Princess and Main Streets, Palmerston North.
A shareholder or creditor of any of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom any of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to any of the amalgamating companies.
