Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
The board of Interiorz Limited hereby gives notice of the intention to amalgamate the company with Microstak Furniture Limited, Uroform International Limited and Workers Limited under the amalgamated company name of Interiorz Limited, effective from the 30th day of April 2002.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered office of:
Interiorz Limited, Level Three, 32 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington;
or at the registered offices of:
Microstak Furniture Limited, Uroform International Limited and Workers Limited, 77 Hutt Road, Thorndon, Wellington;
during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
