Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of directors of Haden and Custance Limited and P & D Systems Limited give notice that the
2 companies propose to amalgamate on the 28th day of March 2002 and thereafter continue as Haden and Custance Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
