Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held by way of a postal ballot on the 22nd day of February 2002.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to consider the resolution that:
"an application to the Court be made for the appointment of Neville Petrie Fagerlund as liquidator in place of the official assignee."
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and postal votes must be lodged with the official assignee on the 22nd day of February 2002 no later than 3.00 p.m.
