Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of June 2002 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act, that Taurus Investments Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed as joint and several liquidators.
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at the offices of Ingham Mora Limited, 60 Durham Street, Tauranga, on the 2nd day of December 2002 commencing at 10.00 a.m.
Business:
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
(a) Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors.
(b) Consideration of appointment of a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.
