Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of Kendons Chartered Accountants Limited, 69 Rutherford Street, Lower Hutt, on Thursday, the 31st day of October 2002 at 2.00 p.m.
The business to be transacted at this meeting shall be:
1. Appointment of Liquidator
To consider whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator who has been appointed.
2. Conduct of the Liquidation
To consider whether the liquidator should be asked to have regard to the views of any creditor in conducting the liquidation.
3. Liquidation Committee
To consider whether a liquidation committee be appointed and, if so, to appoint members to that committee.
