Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at the EMA Meeting Room, Level One, Arcadia Building, 11 Worley Place, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 10th day of October 2002, commencing at 2.30 p.m.
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
1. An update of the progress in the liquidation to date;
2. an outline of the liquidators' intentions with respect to future progress in the liquidation; and
3. to receive the views of creditors.
Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
A body corporate may appoint a representative to attend on its behalf without the need for a proxy.
Proxies:
A proxy may be appointed by completing a notice of appointment.
To be effective, a proxy must be received by the liquidators no later than the 9th day of October 2002 at 5.00 p.m.
