Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Chartered Accountants, Level Sixteen, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on Monday, the 2nd day of September 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
Business:
1. Confirm appointment of liquidator or whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the existing liquidator.
2. Appointment of a liquidators' committee, if thought fit.
3. To receive the view of creditors.
