Notice to Creditors to Claim
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Peake Holdings Limited (formerly known as Waihi Hospital Limited) and Peake Financial Limited:
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, with Sheree Ann Hart as joint and several liquidators of the above companies which are being liquidated, hereby fixes the 8th day of February 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claims are established.
