Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Sections 241 and 245 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to sections 241 and 245 of the Companies Act 1993:
(a) The shareholders on the 8th day of July 2002 at 9.45 a.m., appointed Richard Boyd Guise as liquidator of the above-named company, the official assignee having declined to act following an earlier resolution to liquidate the company.
(b) The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of the creditors should be called because:
1. There are insufficient assets available to meet the claims of either preferential or secured creditors.
2. The company effectively ceased trading in March 2002, following the initial resolution to liquidate.
(c) No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator within 10 working days of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
