Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
We, John Howard Ross Fisk and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Kahukura Productions Limited by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act") on the 31st day of May 2002.
A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Sixteen, 113-119 The Terrace, Wellington, on Monday, the 24th day of June 2002, commencing at 10.30 a.m.
Agenda:
(a) Liquidators' report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
(b) Confirmation of liquidators or vote on appointment of replacement liquidator.
(c) Convey any views of creditors to the liquidators.
(d) Appointment of liquidation committee, if thought fit.
Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
Proxies, postal votes and unsecured creditors' claim forms which must be received no later than 10.30 a.m. on Thursday, the 20th day of June 2002, should be sent to Kahukura Productions Limited (in liquidation), care of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 113-119 The Terrace (P.O.
