Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of WNC Hospitality Limited
(in liquidation) will be held by way of a postal ballot on
the 6th day of June 2002.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to consider the resolution that:
Application be made to the Court for the appointment
of John Anthony Waller and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, both of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, as joint and several liquidators of the company in place of the official assignee.
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and postal votes
must be lodged with the official assignee by Thursday, the 6th day of June 2002 no later than 3.00 p.m.
