Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) an explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) confirmation of the current liquidator or replacement by another;
(c) to receive the views of creditors; and
(d) general business.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, the 16th day of January 2002 at 9.00 a.m., at the Tauranga Aero Club rooms, Tauranga Airport, Tauranga.
