Notice to Creditors of Last Day for Receiving Proofs of Debts or Claims
All persons having claims against Gillain Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) which was put into liquidation by order of the High Court on the 4th day of April 2002, are required to file their proofs of debt giving details of
their claims to the liquidator of Gillain Enterprises Limited, J. C. Twhigg of Auckland, on or before the 10th day of
June 2002.
Please take notice that after that date, the liquidator may have regard only to proofs of debt received by him on
or before that date.
