Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Meltzer Mason Heath, Level Five, 345 Queen Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 21st day of May 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Agenda:
1. Confirmation of liquidators.
2. Liquidators' report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
3. Appointment of liquidation committee, pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
4. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company's affairs.
Proxies:
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
