Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Elitunnel Merchanting Limited
(in liquidation) will be held by way of a postal ballot on Tuesday, the 30th day of April 2002.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to consider the following resolutions:
Resolution (A):
"That a liquidator other than the official assignee be appointed"; and
"That an application to the Court be made for the appointment of Robert Bruce Walker as liquidator in place of the official assignee".
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and postal votes
must be lodged with the official assignee on Tuesday, the 30th day of April 2002 no later than 4.00 p.m.
