Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Surround Soundz Limited was put into liquidation on the 26th day of November 2001 at 10.43 a.m., on the application of B & W Loudspeakers (NZ) Limited at Whangarei High Court, and the official assignee was appointed liquidator.
Notice is given that we fix the 31st day of January 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
