Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on the 18th day of February 2002, passed a resolution appointing Graeme George McDonald and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, Room One, 27-23 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on the 21st day of March 2002 at 10.30 in the forenoon.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidators appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators' committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
