Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to section 243 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993,
a meeting of creditors is called to:
(a) Consider confirmation of the current liquidator or replacement by another; and
(b) Receive the views of creditors.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, the 14th day of March 2002 at 9.30 a.m., at the offices of KPMG Legal, Fourth Floor, Novell House, 89 The Terrace, Wellington.
