Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to note the extinguishment of "the right of access by existing Maori tracks", in respect of the land in the names of Harvey Allan Manuel and Norma Noelene Manuel, more or less being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 87366 and being the land in certificate of title NA45B/224, lodged under application 5392336.1 in the Land Registration District of North Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of one month from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
