Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by the lessor, Kingston Tasman Consortium Limited, to notify upon
the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 292112.2 of the land in certificate of title TNK4/166, of which the lessees are Stuart John Ward and Linda Suzanne Hartley.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 5416044.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register after the 11th day of January 2003.
