44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of mortgage B. 183683.3 for the Transfer Power of Sale from ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited to Alan Hills, lodged under 5139978, Land Registration District of South Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
