Notice is hereby given that a new certificate of title will be issued in the names of the applicants for the parcel of land herein described, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, unless a caveat is lodged by any person having an interest in the land upon the expiration
of one month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice:
